Kari A. Kant is from the Gulf Coast of the United States of America and grew up in Fairhope, Alabama. She established Kari Kant LLC in the spring of 2015 in Washington, D.C.
From 2004 to 2006 Kari was a staff assistant in the U.S. Senate in Washington, D.C. for then U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama.
In January of 2006 Kari started working at BGR Group as Ed Rogers' assistant when he was Chairman of the firm. Her role was similar to that of a deputy assistant. She departed BGR at the end of 2010 and soon thereafter began working as an assistant for former U.S. Assistant Attorney General Viet Dinh at Bancroft PLLC. She then went on to work for former U.S. Representative and Director of the Office of Management and Budget, Jim Nussle, from 2012 to 2013 at Growth Energy.
From 2013 to 2017 Kari was an administrative assistant at Goldman Sachs in the Office of Government Affairs. She also worked on several commissioned projects and donated her art to various charities. In early January of 2017 Kari became the Executive Assistant to the Director, Gary Cohn, at the National Economic Council in the House for U.S. President Donald J. Trump.
In December of 2017 Kari began working with Skincando and in 2018 rented a small space connected to a yoga studio at an ashram in Bethesda, Maryland. She occasionally co-piloted the ashram's delivery truck between Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia for the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA).
From mid-2021 to mid-2023 she worked with the Law Office of Lynn F. McConnell in the area of family law. After that Kari started working at a veterinary office in Fairhope where she is currently serving her hometown.
Kari received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama and took the LSAT exam at American University in Washington, D.C. Her internships included the Office of the late U.S. Representative Sonny Callahan of Alabama in Mobile, the Office of former U.S. Representative Jo Bonner of Alabama in Washington, D.C., and Timbes & Yeager advertising agency in Mobile.
